@DamienBasile: I’m on Twitter to help others by making their lives simpler/easier w/ biz/tech thru sharing what I find.

@ginabad: just discovered it-I twitter for info for my blogs, for networking biz, and to meet new people.

@PressReleasePR: to meet the kind of people that I have, learn from them and share their wisdom

@blairblends: To map and understand for www.charlottetweets.com

@egculbertson: first out of curiosity but now due to what I learn from the community

@Keithdon: Connections that bring value that is unattainable elsewhere. Where else can you get value from experts across the world?

@jjbuss: here is my answer to why…Twitter Rocks

@FrankMartin: To see what people are doing, thinking, reading and creating in 140 characters or less

@ekolsky: to learn about social media and try to extrapolate learnings for what i do. how can large biz get value out of using twitter?

@chilla: To keep in touch with friends, learn, meet people with like interests, and find out about new technology.

@InnovativeVA: Networking, learning, laughing, sharing

@rosebeezy: event info and interesting things going in in CLT, connect w/ people i wouldn’t have met otherwise

@IGoByDoc: #1because I love to learn. There are some very smart and talented people on here. #2 to network. #3 to serve and help others

@bradygaster: It makes keeping in touch with interesting people simplistic and fun.

@crystalware: I’m on bc its a great way to stay connected with old friends I left when I moved and connect/network w/ new people in CO

@93octane: Expanding business opportunities, learning how to apply SM/SN to business. The organic community is like no other. links b/w ppl expand rapidly.

@JRMoreau: Twitter is my 140 character lifeline to the outside world when I’m swamped at work. Great professional networks on here too

@misskatiemo: to grow, learn, and enjoy!

@briancary: to witness the democratization of information

@julianng: to learn the tools, to connect with other interesting people not previosly known, its faster networking, just as powerful

@capitalfellow: to be connected to the entrepreneurial spirit of Charlotte

@gturpin: Twitter gives me pointers to breaking news and the best information, but with a human filter and connection. Immediate+Good.

@UTKevDawg: it was release of self-expression and a way to network for new ideas and news.

@JohnSong I like the filtering of useful information through experts whom I choose to follow.

@prdoctor: To learn. To connect with others in my industry and communities. To help, when possible.

@wamurray: our PR agency sees a lot of social media work out there needed by tech companies, so I started tweeting to become familiar.

@tkunau: I’m on Twitter because when I left my old job I was able to take all my friends with me.

@sethgray: to listen. and talk. but more to listen.
